We partnered with a rapidly expanding SIPP Provider post-merger to establish consistency between processes and compliance with Operational Resilience regulations. Leveraging our SimplifyDNA tool, we assessed their readiness and swiftly devised an action plan to meet the challenges they faced.
Approach:
By documenting prioritised processes and recommending changes to their operating model we were able to give the Operations team optimal oversight of the new rules. Engaging with senior stakeholders, we evaluated the impact of regulations on existing processes and identified priority areas using our SimplifyDNA tool’s Capability Model.
Through collaborative mapping sessions, we fostered an environment for an open and honest assessment of challenges, enabling stakeholders to identify risks associated with the processes. Our recommendations provided a roadmap for regulatory compliance and highlighted avenues for a more proportional and controlled environment.
Results:
By identifying the risks and associated improvements to the control framework we were able to deliver a clear approach and timeline for ensuring compliance with the operational resilience requirements.
We delivered detailed As-Is process flows, offering a comprehensive snapshot of the organisation’s current operational processes. Further, we created a controlled environment alongside management requirements, which provided an oversight of the risks.
