A DFM independently reviewed strategic options to support the business going forward and decided to investigate a Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) arrangement to address their current cost, process and system deficiencies.
Approach:
Market analysis was completed, to evaluate potential suppliers and to provide external assurance before leading into a transformation programme.
Results:
We recommended potential solutions and suppliers identifying any risks and issues. We developed target and transitional state operating models, including scope of services, that would move to the BPO versus those to be retained and the process and technology impacts. The key deal aspects and commercial points were reviewed and benefits towards the business case identified.
We delivered a plan focused on delivering the programme within associated timeframes and resource requirements, both internally and externally.
